About This Site
I admit it. I’m a BBQ newb, but I sure as heck like to eat it. So this blog is, in part, an effort to force myself to actually cook a little more often. Hey, if you’re gonna have a bbq site the you should probably actually toss something onto the Webber occasionally, right?
And yes, I know the Webber isn’t the optimal barbecue choice.
So what about me? Why on Earth would you want to know that? I’m in Spokane, WA., married, two boys, two dogs, three cats. I have a pretty nice job in that I work out of the house and put up sites, like this one. Sometimes they work and I make some money off them.
