St. Louis Style Pork Ribs

Okie doke! Here’s a yummy looking St. Louis style spare-rib cook up. From sauce & rub to eating. About 3 1/2 hours co0oking time.

I think the rack is enough for me, what are you going to eat?

Recipe:

  • 4-5lbs Pork Back “Spare” Ribs
  • Your favorite Dry Rub
  • Your favorite Barbecue Sauce
  • Mustard
  • Wood chunks or chips for added smoke (optional)
